This Privacy Policy explains how Bedspace (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use the Bedspace Android app (the “App”).

2) Scope

This policy applies to the Bedspace Android App. It does not cover any third-party websites or services you may access through links or integrations.

Optional technical data

To keep the App reliable, we may process limited technical information (for example, device model, OS version, and crash logs) when you choose to submit feedback or when errors occur. This data is used for troubleshooting and performance.

We do not collect your photo gallery by default. If you choose to import an existing image or PDF, only the content you select is processed.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your document images for advertising or to train generalized machine-learning models.

Our legal bases for processing may include performance of a contract (to provide the App), legitimate interests (for security and operations), and compliance with legal obligations. We do not “sell” personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising. California residents may exercise rights of access, deletion, and correction as described in Your choices & rights.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by your local law). If you believe a child provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
