This policy applies to the Bedspace Android App. It does not cover any third-party websites or services you may access through links or integrations.

Camera & document scans
- Document images you capture using the App’s camera-based scanner.
- Document metadata such as file name, size, format, and timestamps related to uploads.
Optional technical data
To keep the App reliable, we may process limited technical information (for example, device model, OS version, and crash logs) when you choose to submit feedback or when errors occur. This data is used for troubleshooting and performance.
4) How we use your data
- Provide core functionality: enable document scanning, processing, and storage.
- Operate and secure the service: maintain our storage infrastructure and troubleshoot issues.
- Support: respond to inquiries and help requests you send to us.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your document images for advertising or to train generalized machine-learning models.
6) Storage, security & retention

Note: We don’t request broad access to your photo library. If you import a file, only the item you select is processed.

9) Region‑specific information
EEA/UK
Our legal bases for processing may include performance of a contract (to provide the App), legitimate interests (for security and operations), and compliance with legal obligations. California
We do not “sell” personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising. California residents may exercise rights of access, deletion, and correction as described in Your choices & rights.
